How do pre-orders work?

All the items in this collection are made to order from the date that pre-orders are closed. Pre-orders are open until 1/26/2024.

Once pre-orders close, we'll begin to start making fabric with our partnered mill. Once the fabric is made, we'll ship it over to our dye house and cut & sew factories. Here, they begin to take on their final shapes and colors, to be topped off with the fine details at the end. These then get packed and sent over to us, where we'll begin to start sorting & shipping things out to customers.

The current estimation is 8-12 weeks for completion of this process, but please note that this is our best estimate at the current time. It could be sooner, and we’ll do our very best to keep it within the quoted time frame and will ship them out as soon as we receive them!

Why are you doing pre-orders and not just regular orders?

Many people don't know, but making clothes is one of the most wasteful processes if not done mindfully. One of the ways to reduce the footprint of potential waste is by making sure that there is no overproduction (saving literal waste) or underproduction (using more resources inefficiently to make up for what was underproduced).

Pre-orders are a common way of getting an idea of exactly how much of what to make. It unfortunately makes it so that a customer will have to wait a bit longer than usual to get their hands on a purchase, but there is some beauty in the fact that every piece will have been made intentionally for a specific person, and that's all that will ever have been made.

Factories and manufacturing partners also often have minimum quantity requirements that have to be met in order to provide costing. Pre-orders allow the factories to make the perfect estimations in order to help minimize material costs and waste liability.

What if I miss the window to place a pre-order?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to satisfy any additional requests if you miss the pre-order window. However, occasionally we do have order cancellations or size exchanges; reach out if you're interested in seeing if there's any excess inventory that remains.

Can I return or exchange a pre-order?

Because all products are made to order, we do not typically accept general returns or sizing-related returns. We will do our best to accommodate size exchanges but this is based on the availability on a case-by-case basis.

If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. All requests to get a refund/replacement for a damaged or faulty product must be made within 30 days of delivery. Please reach out to store@offlinetv.com or to start a return request.

Order Confirmation / Changing Orders

You will receive an order confirmation email or text message within 24 hours of placing your order and a follow-up message with tracking information when your order ships. If you don’t see either of these, please check your spam inbox and feel free to reach out to store@offlinetv.com as needed.

If you haven’t received an email with tracking information yet, send us a message at store@offlinetv.com and we’ll do our best to make any requested changes.

Shipping & Processing

Once inventory is received, processing an order will take 1-3 business days. Please allow for 1-2 additional days of processing during the holidays.

US domestic shipping will take 2-4 business days and international shipping will take an estimated 7-10 business days.

Incorrect Order/Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us at store@offlinetv.com. Please note that once your order is shipped out, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please notify us of any changes to your shipping address or if the address is incorrect. Once your order is shipped out, we are unable to make changes and cannot provide a refund if your order is delivered to the wrong address.

Damage/Quality Issues

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat, well-lit surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. In the case of print errors or visible quality issues, you’ll be given the option of a replacement or a full refund. All requests to get a refund/replacement for a damaged or faulty product must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds Policy

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Will I have to pay any additional taxes on my order if I'm located outside of the US?

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
